The staff were great and friendly, making us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. It’s a bit far from the main area, but a scooter makes it manageable.

The staff were amazing and the place itself was fantastic. The only downside was that the massage had to be done in your own room, which was uncomfortable for the neck, and there are no curtains at the top of the room, so when the sun rises you’re forced to wake up – but at least you can enjoy the day by the pool.

The hotel looks stunning, the rooms match the photos exactly and feel very cozy, and the location is great near Ubud yet a bit distant from the main tourist spots; the staff are friendly and helpful, arranging everything for you, and we really enjoyed our time there.

The location is surrounded by nature, the bed is comfortable and the room has all the comforts; it’s a place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Thanks Ari and the other guy for your kindness and smiles—always polite and discreet. The breakfast is made to order but could be a bit better executed; often the eggs arrive already cold.
