The service was excellent; all staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was impeccable in every way. The location is great and the interior is beautiful. Breakfast was divine. The room I stayed in was super comfortable and cozy. I will definitely return as soon as I can.

The view from the room was stunning, the décor was gorgeous, and the key was huge, all reflecting the hotel's early days. Everyone on staff was very kind, especially Cidinha who baked us a delicious chocolate cake, and Rodolfo was polite and friendly. Lucas and Flávia were also very helpful. Unfortunately, Ouro Preto has no parking and neither does the hotel, so our car was towed at the hotel entrance. We had to reschedule our flight, incurred unexpected expenses, and took a bus to BH and then an Uber to Confins. The car was left on the courtyard for the rental company to pick up. Overall, that aspect left us disappointed.

A localização do hotel é fantastica e os funcionarios sempre prontos à ajudar. Decoração lindíssima! Experiência muito bacana! Apesar de não oferecer estacionamento, conseguimos parar o carro bem em frente e foi bem tranquilo. Embaixo do hotel tem um restaurante super bacana. Não tinha nenhum produto sem gluten e sem leite no café da manhã. Eu inclusive mandei mensagem antes de ir solicitando. Mas não fui atendida. O chuveiro não é bom (é MUITO quente) e tem bastante barulho pois o piso e muitas paredes são de madeira (Mas essas questões não comprometeram a estadia)
