The breakfast and dinner were tasty and varied, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really liked the pool and the location of the accommodation. The rooms were quite small, making it hard to move around comfortably. In the morning of our arrival a pipe burst, so we couldn't use either the toilet or the shower. It was especially disappointing that they never apologized for the inconvenience, nor offered any solution or compensation.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Premium Hotel Panorámában; the hotel was clean, organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout; the rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and the Balaton panorama was simply beautiful. Breakfast and dinner had a generous selection, with fresh and tasty food. A particular highlight was the wellness section, which was cultured, clean, and offered perfect relaxation. The only downside was that a towel dryer could have been added to the terrace.

The staff were kind. The hotel is right on the water. The wellness facilities, both indoor and outdoor pools, are excellent. The view from the room and the hotel’s terrace is fantastic. The breakfast and dinner options are high‑quality and varied. The room is clean and comfortable.
