“Very bad”
I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which I booked based on a recommendation from a review site. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what I was led to believe - it was more like a basic guesthouse with very limited facilities, not at all what I expected from a 4-star property. The lack of amenities was a major letdown, and I felt like I'd been misled by the initial review. Overall, it was a subpar experience that didn't live up to my expectations.
