I liked having multiple floors to choose from for sleeping, but the alarm went off twice. I had to call the owner; they provided a code, yet three hours later the alarm rang again while I was in the basement alone, making me wonder if someone was trying to break in or if something was wrong with the house. Despite that, I would stay again.
