Hostal La Placeta in Camprodon features recently renovated rooms with private bathrooms, free Wi‑Fi, flat‑screen TV, wardrobe and complimentary toiletries. A romantic restaurant serves Catalan cuisine on a terrace with outdoor seating, while breakfast offers local specialties, fresh pastries, cheese, fruit and juice. Situated a two‑minute walk from El Pont Nou, it provides ski, hiking and cycling services, bicycle and ski storage, and a tour desk.

The owners were very kind and the hostel was very clean. The breakfast was great. I liked everything, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Everything else was fantastic.

The hostel sits right in the centre, so you can walk everywhere. Everything was spotless and the staff were warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Breakfast was very varied, with local meats and homemade or oven‑baked pastries from Can Clarà—delicious! The room was well insulated; it rained hard at night and we didn’t notice any dampness. They offer complimentary tea, coffee, hot and cold water, and chocolate in the hallway. The room wasn’t very large, there’s no elevator (only one floor), and there’s no fridge in the room.

Excellent! The breakfast was very complete and homemade. They also have a restaurant and we managed to get a table; the food was superb and the service was the best—very attentive and friendly, like being at home. We liked everything.

The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the place was quiet. The room (I booked it for one person) was very small and looked old. There is no elevator.
