The place was clean and the bath area was great! The meals in the morning and evening were tasty as well.

The tatami rooms didn’t suit me.
A great place to stay with friendly staff, and we were even warned about the slanted step on the 2F. The venue was huge, very clean, and the elevator would have been handy—otherwise we had to leave half our bags in the car because we were on a lower floor. It’s not a big deal, just a note.
The staff barely spoke English, but they were still very friendly and helped us with any request. The hotel isn’t suitable for people who struggle with stairs, because there’s no elevator and we had to move to a pricier room to reduce the number of steps. Aside from that, the rooms were lovely, the view was wonderful, the food was great, and everything was very clean and pleasant.
