Everything was great! We’re staying at the complex for the third time and will definitely come back again.

A wonderful place to relax: a large, well‑maintained area with scenic nature, a river, plenty of greenery, and a cozy atmosphere. I especially liked the big pool, and the SPA area became a real highlight for unwinding and recharging—perfect for restoring energy. It’s especially pleasant that there are animals on the grounds that bring joy to both kids and adults. Everything was clean, tidy, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel offers everything needed for a comfortable family vacation, leaving only the best impressions and a definite plan to return.

Everything was enjoyable! The area was clean and beautiful, the room was excellent, and the food was very tasty.

Only the animals pleased us. I had written on Instagram before booking and the communication felt very informal. From the moment I entered the hotel until check‑in, I basically handled everything myself: loading and unloading my luggage and carrying it up the stairs because the elevator wasn’t working and no one warned me. The front‑desk clerk looked like a barely‑teen in sportswear, unshaven, and unfriendly. The “Upgraded Luxury” room did not match the promised level: cheap materials, damaged laminate throughout the room, only shower gel in the bathroom, no bathrobes, a non‑functional shower tap, and a dirty towel was left for us. The bed was made of two mattresses, so I kept jumping to the edge all night. At 3 a.m., pheasants outside the windows screamed terribly—loud and sharp, making it impossible to sleep. I won’t even mention the food. The hotel still has a lot to improve.

The area and nature are fine, but everywhere is very dirty. Breakfast offers nothing beyond pasta and compote, and there are too many people, so the spa feels uncomfortable; there are also no bathrobes or towels. No staff member even smiles.
