Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location was the only positive aspect. The accommodation was not as described in the listing and did not belong to the hotel; it was a private owner’s property. There were problems with the bathroom, sofa bed, and other items.

The apartment’s décor was fantastic and everything you might need was there to make the stay as comfortable and convenient as possible; the spot is excellent and the reception staff were outstanding, so I’d definitely recommend it. I have nothing else to add.

The location and the room’s furnishings are good. However, maintenance is lacking, the air‑conditioning has issues, and the pool is unusable.

The apartment boasts a beautiful view and a nice décor. Yet it’s old and needs upkeep: one air‑conditioner doesn’t work, the woodwork is broken with pieces falling off, exposed wiring is dropping from the ceiling, the drain is clogged… these are simple fixes. There was no toilet paper when I arrived.

The hotel's internal workings are impressively streamlined and efficient.
