“Old hotel must renew & need hospitality”
The place sits in a good spot, but the lift was a hassle.

The front desk told me all rooms were full even though I’d booked ahead, so I left and found somewhere else—what’s the point of booking in advance?

The stay was good, but the ventilation was not proper.

I gave this rating based on my first impression: I wasn’t even let in, had to fill out forms, and couldn’t find any information about it. The receptionist was rude.

I was extremely disappointed; the reality was far from the online photos. The room was poorly kept – the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was in bad shape, and mosquitoes made it impossible to sleep. Even though lower floors had rooms, we were assigned the 3rd floor. The fan didn’t work, showing a clear lack of basic maintenance. The receptionist behaved rudely and unprofessionally, lacking any customer‑service skills. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend it to anyone—save your money and find a better place.
