The staff were welcoming and always smiling, the location was great, the place was very clean, security was solid, and I liked everything about this hotel.

The staff and the hotel were good, but I feel compelled to give a negative review because I discovered a deception: the hotel advertised a “free airport shuttle,” but after I had committed to payment it charged an extra fee, claiming the information was outdated. I complained through Booking, they apologized, yet they still advertise a free shuttle. Even though I was unhappy with this somewhat dishonest behavior, the staff and the hotel themselves were good.

Breakfast arrived after roughly 30 minutes, but it was still perfect. The sign board should be bigger so people standing at Bocom Ndobo can find it easily. The AC in my room leaked water, yet I was glad the staff responded almost immediately to fix it.
