The location was good, but the cleaning was poor. I had asked for a clean room before arrival, but it seemed only a scent was sprayed. Also, there were small insects, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

It’s very close to Hai Phong station and makes getting around the city centre easy.

The room was small but cute, and the soundproofing was good. The hotel has an elevator and the guard was very enthusiastic. All services came with clear instructions and were helpful whenever I needed them. The bed was comfortable, the Wi‑Fi was strong, there was a TV and all the necessary items. The view from my window looking out over the city was very pleasing. The only downside was the water heater was weak and it took a long time to get hot water, which is inconvenient for a business trip with little downtime.

Conveniently located near the centre, the cheap car hire was friendly, and the city is beautiful. It would be better if they added more refrigerators for full convenience.
