The location was perfect.
“Comfortable rooms in a superb location”
The location was superb in the heart of Bari old town. Thoughtful touches in the room included breakfast snacks, coffee and tea. Wine was also available at a reasonable price. The shower was great, towels were fluffy and we appreciated the slippers. We slept well in a very comfortable bed.
The location is great and the room is clean and spacious enough for one or two nights, but it could use a bit more love and upkeep.

The spot was very convenient to the old centre, yet every query to management was handled by an A1 chatbot, forcing us to wait at least two hours for answers to vital questions like whether the water was drinkable or what the Wi‑Fi code was. Trying to pay the city tax in euros on departure was a nightmare because no shops or cafés would accept cash to give us coins. The room itself was small, barely accommodating two large suitcases.
