The staff’s hospitality and the food are the highlights, but otherwise nothing else stands out.
“Agréable”
The reception was outstanding and the rooms were very clean.
I stayed here and it was okay, not really sure what to say about it. The place was clean and the staff was friendly, which was good. Not a lot to rave about, but I didn't have any major issues or anything. It just kinda existed, you know?
“Par tolérance, Zumah offre les meilleurs services parmi bien d’autres hôtels”
I appreciated the hotel’s tolerance, the welcoming attitude, and the patience they showed by keeping me for five days while I only paid for one night until I settled the full amount on the sixth day; breakfast was included each morning, the room stayed tidy, the food was healthy, pleasant and balanced, the décor was nice, and the Wi‑Fi was constantly fast. However, I used the same sheet for five days, the foot of the bed was never swept, the reservation was made in euros but I had to pay in CFA at a non‑official rate which was confusing, I had to walk to my training at IAM OUAGA even though I’d paid a lot, the restaurant served meals two hours after ordering, there was an extra charge for laundry, and when I arrived there was no shuttle—so I had to take a taxi despite the reservation including it.
The hotel was really clean and the staff were nice and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay. Didn't have any major issues or complaints, just a solid experience.
