The location and cleanliness were good, but the door lock had been changed without notice, so we spent a long time outside and had to wake other guests to let us in.

The place was spotless and the staff were fantastic, but the King‑size bed turned out to be two single beds stuck together.

The location was excellent, close to Petersplatz and the city centre, yet in a quieter area with plenty of very good restaurants. The accommodation was very clean and was cleaned daily, and the check‑in was very straightforward, even with repeated WhatsApp messages. Sending ID beforehand was fine. The loud door and problematic motion sensor (mentioned in other reviews) seemed to have been fixed, so no issues. The price is high, but probably still reasonable for Rome centre.
