The rooms were large, and the location was great. In the morning, there was a brief power outage. Cleanliness was average, with mugs, plates, and a dirty tablecloth left unwashed.

Everything was perfect, except the room was very poorly sound‑proofed, so loud neighbors can be annoying.

Everything was perfect! The host was very kind and helped us a lot after we all got food poisoning from a local restaurant. The room was perfect, and I would totally recommend it. Nothing to add.

The new building was clean and very comfortable. The staff were super helpful, and we used the laundry service, which they supplied all the necessary detergent. They also offered us free parking inside the property while we went on a trip to Ala Kul. Truly top!
