De gastvrijheid, de schitterende locatie, de kamer (speciaal de bedden), het eten ( zowel het ontbijt als diner met veel lokale ingrediënten) en de vriendelijk gastvrouw en gastheer!. Er valt niets te melden

The view is nice. The building feels outdated, the bathroom isn’t in the room, there’s no air conditioning, and the owners didn’t respect the quiet hours.

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed with our two kids in the air‑conditioned room, which was a relief because it was scorching in Italy during our visit. The pool offered perfect cooling; it’s not huge, but the current lets you swim endlessly ;-) The location is beautiful, shaded by plants with mountain views. The kids also loved the ping‑pong table. On the terrace you can enjoy a pleasant aperitif. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower good. Every day we received fresh bottled water and there was a small fridge. Everything was flawless. Breakfast was delicious and very extensive, featuring a cheese and charcuterie buffet, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, granola, bread, homemade jam in various flavors, homemade cakes and pies… Rox and Claudia were super friendly. They know the area inside out, and Rox gave us detailed advice on fun outings nearby. We did a “river adventure” with Marmore Rafting, a fantastic experience. We also visited the Cascata delle Marmore, Narni, and Orvieto. Claudia and Rox know all the local restaurants (and often the owners) and Rox booked a different tasty spot for us each evening. Claudia, a nurse, was very caring; when I had a small foot infection she treated me like my own mom ;-) She also cooks wonderfully. The pasta al ragu she made for us was the best we’ve had in Italy. We felt completely at home for five days!

The reception was very friendly. The rooms were large and the setting very quiet. Rox gave us plenty of information about nearby activities. The breakfast was tasty and generous. Nothing was wrong; everything was fine.
