The B&B’s position is perfect for exploring Altamura – we’ll definitely return to enjoy this beautiful place again. The B&B itself is charming, especially the owner who is very kind and ready to help whenever needed.

The location, the host’s welcome, and the availability were all great. The only downside was the lack of blinds on the small window in the room.

Everything was absolutely perfect and the value for money was excellent. Breakfast was top quality at a nearby bar, and the owner’s availability was outstanding. Nothing to complain about.

Getting the key was straightforward, and I found a parking spot in the blue zone just around the corner – not free but cheap. The Wi‑Fi was excellent, and the “cornetto con crema” (creme anglaise) at the bakery was delicious; the owner there was very friendly and a real boost in the mornings (not annoying if you prefer solitude). The bedroom had no real window – the only opening was a tiny, high‑up slit barely touching the ceiling, so small a mouse could use it as a hideout from a cat; it’s unsafe and doesn’t qualify as a legal bedroom, worse than modern prison cells. My storage room had more light. One reading lamp was broken, and the other was too dim for reading even when all lights were on. The shower was tight; you need to be fairly slim to fit inside once it opens into the cubicle. Calling a coffee and a croissant from the bakery “breakfast included” makes the option useless; we expect something substantial before leaving the house, and four bites don’t count as a meal.

The welcome was very warm, the room was well arranged and very comfortable, the owner was friendly and attentive to guests, and I highly recommend it. No complaints.
