The rooms were clean and the parking was ample. The waitresses at breakfast were poorly prepared. I asked for an almond‑milk cappuccino and after 10 minutes they brought me a bitter coffee with almond milk in a trembling hand, only half a cup on a plate.

We stayed with our grey dog and paid an extra 150 lei per day for the pet. After checkout, the front desk showed us a photo of a supposedly dirty room, claiming it was ours, but the picture actually featured a room with reddish fur—our dog is grey—and the mess was caused by friends spilling wine on the floor. They tried to add an extra 500 lei fee, and we argued until I threatened to call the police, after which the hotel stopped demanding the charge. The breakfast was bland and repetitive, and we stayed for 5 days with the same limited selection.

Our stay at this hotel was extraordinary. Even though it was a short visit, we enjoyed all the facilities and the pleasant atmosphere. The staff behaved exceptionally and made us feel very comfortable. We will gladly return!
