The location is right in front of the lake, the room has a TV with most channels and if you enjoy watching EPL (it has it as well). Alot of amenities and foods options nearby. Probably the aircon can be colder (considering the humidity outside), and a better signage outside (as 1st timer, I couldn't locate the alley towards the homestay location

This place is a hidden gem, run by a lovely local family who are genuinely passionate about hosting guests. The location is unbeatable, and the family's warmth and hospitality make you feel right at home. However, it's worth noting that the space is a bit cluttered, but that's only because the family is trying to make a living and have kids to care for. It's a small price to pay for the unique experience and the chance to stay in a real, family-run home.

The hotel's central location is a major plus, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's also surprisingly quiet, considering how close it is to the action. However, the lack of staff interaction was a bit jarring - I never actually saw or spoke to anyone during my stay, which was a bit disconcerting.

I was really impressed by the size of the room - it had everything I needed and the wall art made it feel super cozy. The location is pretty quiet, tucked away in a backyard, so you don't get much of the city noise. You're right in the midst of the action, though, and it's like living among the locals. The value for money is okay, but only if you're not too fussy. The bathroom, on the other hand, was a different story - it reeked when we first arrived, but it did improve a bit.
