Cleanliness and organization were good, but the bed was uncomfortable and the TV had no Netflix or other options.

The best thing about the hotel is its location, but the breakfast is very mediocre, there are no gluten‑free or sugar‑free options, and the shower in the room is very old.

The spot is spot on for anyone heading to Jardins, Bela Vista, or Paulista, and it’s right next to Matarazzo. The flat feels comfy, with what looks like newly updated furniture, and it’s generous in size, giving both the bedroom and living area plenty of room. The kitchen is small but works fine for quick breakfasts or snacks. The host was very attentive, handing out all the instructions before we entered, which was a pleasant surprise. No complaints at all.

The location was superb, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful, and the team were attentive and efficient. Our suite was large, spotless and well‑maintained, and everything functioned properly. However, there was detergent but no sponge, and it would have been wise to provide two rolls of toilet paper (not that we needed them, but it could be useful in an emergency). Small details like these could be improved.
