“It was the worst experience I’ve had since traveling”

While some of the staff members were extremely helpful, particularly the man at the front desk, the gateman, and the cook, my experience was marred by a series of unfortunate events. Upon arrival, I was informed that my rooms had been given away, and the staff seemed confused about my booking. I was told that in the future, it's my responsibility to call a week in advance to confirm my arrival, which I didn't know.

“Great option as a base for East Legon! Comfy, convenient & friendly”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service, comfortable room, and convenient location. I was able to get a cup of coffee at 5:30 am, which was a lovely touch. The friendly staff and nice communal areas made me feel right at home. The air conditioning was also a welcome relief from the heat.

“Very nice area friendly staff needed much touches”

I was pleased to find that the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the East Legon area, and the staff were very caring and attentive. However, the rooms could benefit from a modern makeover to bring them up to date.
