Rooms were clean and tidy, but that's about where the positives end. We booked three rooms for six people and ran into a nightmare with check-in. Our friends came from over an hour away, but couldn't get in without their passports - e-copies on their phones weren't accepted, even though we could send digital copies of our own passport info.
