The place is green, aesthetic and not crowded; visiting Jogja in high season, it offered a comfy hideaway from the city bustle, a cafe inside with affordable, tasty food, free bike rentals, a welcome drink on arrival and a souvenir tree ❣️ Hope to stay at Puri Brata again.

We had a lovely stay, despite the rain. The staff were super friendly and the dogs and cats around the place were adorable. The surroundings were really calm and natural, and the food was tasty. Only downside was the lights weren't working properly, but overall a great experience.

I'm really glad I stayed here - it's a lovely, peaceful spot just outside Yogyakarta. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with plenty of greenery and even a few cats and a friendly dog. The family running the place are super friendly and the food is great, with a delicious breakfast and affordable evening meals. They even sorted me out with a to-go breakfast and massage, which was a nice touch.

This place is a real gem - the host is amazing and the locally prepared food is fresh and delicious. We loved the welcome drinks and felt like we'd stepped back in time. The room's AC wasn't cooling properly, but it's a small price to pay for the value and charm.
