The location is great, in a cute part of town on a slightly quieter canal stretch but a short walk to a bustling street of cafés and a market. There’s no A/C, but I appreciated the fan that was provided and it did the job. The windows open onto a cool light well. The communal areas aren’t as good as the apartment itself, but that’s not the owner’s fault and overall it’s not an issue.

Perfect location and very well maintained. Everything was fine – the only thing that could have been better was the view, but the price was very fair and the location was perfect.

Nice modern studio, clean and the location is ideal for exploring Amsterdam. Nothing else.

The location was really convenient, letting us walk to most places of interest. We specifically booked a place with lifts in the building, only to discover the lift was not working, and we saw no signs of it being fixed during our 5‑day stay, which was especially disappointing for us as an elderly couple, since the room is on the 4th floor. A toaster, microwave or stove top would have been appreciated, along with some basic cleaning essentials.

The apartment’s spot is spot on, just a few minutes’ walk from the central station and main streets. It’s small but very pleasant, well organized, nicely furnished, and quiet. The bed is super comfy, and we found plenty of coffee pods and tea bags! The lighting needs fixing—main lights in the room don’t turn on. We also missed basic stuff like hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a few dishcloths, and a sponge. Even though coffee pods were there, an empty water bottle was a noticeable omission.
