The hallway and room had a musky odor, the fridge wasn’t working, and a maid lingered at the door from 5 minutes until 11 AM, forcing us to leave the room at 11; the breakfast was awful—cheap, limited, and there were no seats or tables.

The newly refurbished king kitchen suite was fresh, spotless, and featured a large sofa with a pool view; a few items still had protective film. The approach and corridors are passable, though refurbishment is ongoing. However, the room lacked utensils, plates, a toaster, kettle, clothes rail, and ironing board, none of which were offered at reception—so a brand‑new kitchen feels pointless. At check‑in I learned there was no breakfast during my stay, which was disappointing; I expected at least tea, coffee, and takeaway breakfast items. These issues lowered my overall rating.
