The property sits right above the metro entrance, and the city center is a few minutes away. Free parking is nearby, though not immediately adjacent to the building. The room was clean and came with a small fridge to keep water or drinks chilled. The owner was very friendly. However, the windows and internal doors definitely need replacement. The terrace door only closed with a key and the glass was thin, letting in all outside noise. The terrace is shared with the neighboring room, so a movable divider or plants could give each guest their own space. In the bathroom, the tiling looks patched; it seems work was done but the finish feels superficial. The shower’s “massaging” column is broken and never repaired, so only the service shower head works, and the main shower head’s tap is missing and also broken.
