The location on Lauterbrunnen was the best. The rooms felt a bit stuffy and dated, and the breakfast offered too few bread options.

The location is the best! The price‑performance ratio for Switzerland is top. The staff are the best part of the hotel; I’ve never met such friendly people. Adam is an absolute heart‑felt person. Free coffee, tea, and water ♥️. The hotel is already very old. The bathroom is too small and needs renovation. The Pick Nick area feels closed to me. There’s a water damage on the ceiling and it smells very unpleasant. Why offer that area at all? It would be better to have more space in the lounge where tea and coffee are served for a great ambience!
