Good location, clean facilities, but the room is small and the bathroom is even smaller.

The staff were helpful, the place was clean and very comfortable, but the body soap was a bit off.

The spot was spot on and they threw in free drinks for us, but the room was a cramped mess with a huge pillar smack in the middle, so we couldn’t even open a suitcase. The bathroom was tiny, the air felt dirty, and we all woke up with sore throats and a bad smell.
We stayed for 10 days, enjoyed rooms cleaned daily, staff who solved every customer issue, free refreshments, a great location, and high‑quality internet—a truly amazing experience.
Close to the action, quirky lore, and friendly staff who run daily events that add a fun touch; free ice cream was delicious. The bed was a bit uncomfortable (I prefer soft beds, which aren’t common in Japan, so I get it), and locating the light switch took forever (I wish I’d been told it was behind my pillow), but overall a very nice and fun place to stay.
