Good Location. Faced following challenges 1. Reception staff are just doing their job without a smile and a greeting. 2. Room facilities were poor - AC was not working, Lights switches had issues, shower area used to get flooded while showering. 3. Breakfast spread was good but one of the staff members was rude in her body language

Overall a good feeling staying here; there’s nothing I would change. I was on a work call for a customer complaint, so I couldn’t write more.

Location is brilliant. The service at the cafe was good. I stayed with Ginger Mumbai a couple of months back. The rooms there are maintained beautifully. Bathroom slippers were provided, there was a hair dryer in the bathroom. This was missing at Ginger Goa. The rooms did not seem like a part of any Tata property I have stayed with.
