“Perfect experience”
If you want more than a typical stay and a full experience, this place is unbeatable. Everything was extraordinary, from the pre-arrival contact to the very last minutes. It was our second-to-last stay in Japan during our honeymoon, and it was marvelous. We didn’t want to leave our room (Kiku) because we were eager to see the monkey park, so we could have stayed inside the whole time. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food was extraordinary, and the room was amazing. Having a personal garden and a roofed onsen made every weather enjoyable, and staying there in the rain was actually cool. We imagined that winter would be even more enjoyable. Maybe in the future :) Highly recommend!
