Leon’s kindness, flexibility, and constant availability were remarkable. The room’s comfort, fridge, kettle, smart TV, and pressure shower, plus the hotel’s quietness, made me extend my stay by a week. The place is lovely, just 10‑15 minutes on foot from the Night Market and surrounding areas.

The spot is great—10 minutes to the beach and Lamai Night Market. The manager is very accommodating and let us check in early. The setting is beautiful, with a clean pool and a stunning balcony overlooking everything. The area is quiet, though a noisy construction site plagued our stay; once finished, the place will truly shine. The accommodation wasn’t clean: there were stains on the shower walls and floor, dust and grease around the toilet flush, and the kitchen dishes were filthy (unwashed knife, coffee stain in a bowl) with a dirty dish sponge. When we turned on the kitchen tap, a strong disgusting odor filled the room, making it unusable. Also, a foot‑nail was found in the nightstand drawer. A minor annoyance: the wooden headboard had a dangerous rebound that protruded above our heads when we lay down, and we hit it several times.

The pool was excellent—always clean and not crowded. There was one power outage at night, the air conditioning stopped twice, and there were two water outages in the morning.
