“Regret”

They promised free cancellation and then denied it in my case—classic bait‑and‑switch. The hotel isn’t in Deharadun or Rishikesh, so there’s no transport available. It’s poorly maintained: cockroaches in the toilets, rooms uncleaned, and the breakfast for the holy Ganga break‑fast is terrible. The place double‑charges and then shows discounts, and I was cheated out of 15 K. The wellness cost at Naturoville is absurdly high, and the gardens aren’t kept tidy. Rishikesh is supposed to feel natural, but this hotel is far from that, with no Uber, Ola, or Rapido options. I’ll never be fooled again by this agency that misrepresents the property. I was shocked when I arrived: nowhere near the Ganga, no nature, no wellness, and too expensive to be worth staying. They need to provide outstation transport, clearly state the location, keep lunch and dinner menus reasonable, and maintain the garden. Breakfast is subpar, no standard for quality, and rooms have cockroaches in the toilet. The doors are noisy, rooms aren’t refreshed, and they don’t recommend visiting the Ganga River.

“It’s was okay”

It’s centrally located near all tourist spots, but housekeeping is minimal and they don’t clean the room daily. The food options don’t cater to every taste.
