The location is spot on, just a short walk from town. I first booked a non‑AC room but upgraded to an AC room for a very reasonable price because of the heat. The staff were excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. The bathroom door and room door locks are old and could use replacement or renovation to improve the overall experience.

Overall, the area is quiet with little noise. The manager was extremely kind, even though he didn’t speak English well. The cleaning was average, not perfect.

A simple hostel with small air‑conditioned rooms, which we found clean. The reception was always staffed. There’s a large back room where you can eat your own food, and a sink and dishes in the garden. The way to get there was listed incorrectly on the booking site – the entrance isn’t on the “Military Holiday Camp” alley (big sign) but in the dead end behind it, near Hotel Sunflower.

They cancelled my booking because of my pet, even though they said they allowed pets. I had to scramble to find another place last minute. They misled guests; they should update their pet policy on the booking apps.
