The staff were really friendly, which was a nice touch. But when I checked out, I was told I’d have to pay to leave my luggage for an hour, and the manager was anything but accommodating. I’d booked an extra night, yet still had to stash my bags in lockers even though the room was free. On top of that, someone in my room was seriously ill, got no help, and I wasn’t allowed to move to another room with available beds, even though I’d already paid for the extra night.
