Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Everything was great, our room was amazing, really spacious and the kids had a separate room which was a relief after traveling in shared rooms. The staff were super nice, try the passion fruit mojito! And the nearby restaurant ‘Haven’ is worth a visit.

Excellent staff, good selection of tours/drivers, nice breakfast options, and a large quiet room.

These people truly get hospitality; the hotel itself was lovely, but the real highlight was the staff. From the moment we arrived we felt genuinely welcomed and no request seemed too difficult. Every request was met with a smile, and the whole team went out of their way to keep us comfortable and happy. That genuine warmth made the whole stay feel almost magical. Everyone was amazing, but a special shout‑out goes to Puth, who stood out as warm, attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile, making our stay memorable. We loved our time here and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks to the whole team for making us feel so welcome; we’ll definitely return. The only downside was the fact that we had to leave.

The staff were absolutely lovely, from reception to bar and drivers, and they helped me with everything I needed for a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool was good; afternoon tea was a nice bonus. Being in a quieter part of town worked well for us, just a quick tuk tuk ride to the centre. The breakfast menu wasn’t my favourite, but the food was delicious.

The space was huge; we booked a villa right at the pool’s entrance. Breakfast was super tasty, sometimes you could smell freshly baked bread from the bakery, and afternoon tea was delightful. Service was very comprehensive, making it a great vacation choice. The hotel is probably old, so the facilities aren’t the newest, but they’re still well equipped.
