I was disappointed by the unprofessional, unfriendly, and untrained staff, and the place was noisy. Even in the premium rooms, the so‑called music drums rattled the roof well past midnight, and no one at reception answered. When we tried to check in, they demanded the Aadhar card of a family member who was just visiting us, making the whole experience feel creepy.

Wir hatten 3 wunderschöne Tage im Hotel. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und das Essen im Restaurant könnte nicht besser sein. Und sie haben geschafft ein Ticket für den toy Train zu buchen. Vielleicht sollten sie die Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse öfter leeren.
