Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly, but the room wasn’t clean. The bed sat about 18 inches off the floor, which is a problem if you have mobility issues. I asked for a handicap‑accessible room and they gave me a tub with a chair to put in it, but the shower had no handheld wand. The repairs around the hotel were shoddy.

The room itself was clean, but first the key never worked for the door; the worker said they had door issues and would move me to another room but didn’t; second, the bathroom had hair in the corner; third, I didn’t know who was in the room across from mine, room 108, and they kept going in and out all day and night, sounding like they were entering my room; I jumped up from my bed many times to check. I have to come back to Wylie every two weeks and I hope to stay there, but not if those conditions stay the same.

“Disappointed”

I didn’t eat; the room was in rough shape with a cracked tub and tile, the faucet didn’t work correctly so the shower was scalding, the door looked like a crowbar had been used, the toilet ran, the AC was only so-so, and the elevator tile was packed with dirt and debris—disappointing.

“never stay again”

I liked the convenience of the location, but the room was disgustingly dirty from a bad smell as soon as you open the door, a dirty air‑conditioning filter that I had to clean myself, a disgusting chair that seemed to have bird crap on it, a disgusting TV remote control, and a room with a defective electronic lock that I had visited the same room 5 months earlier and had the same defective lock.

Close to what we had planned, but the room kinda smelled moldy and the AC didn’t cool properly.
