The "Sapphire Star" suite feels nicely set up – the décor is pleasant, the fixtures feel upscale and the staff greeted us warmly, plus the breakfast was genuinely tasty. Still, at this price point a few things fell short: soft drinks weren’t part of the package, the pool was only open from 10 pm to 11 pm and that wasn’t mentioned when we booked, the motion sensors in the kitchen and bathroom flicked on in the middle of the night, and we even found plastic cups in a supposedly premium suite.
