Convenient for shopping and Niagara Falls, the location was peaceful, and I liked their great customer service. Thanks 🙏 Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I appreciate the service. I would like to share two areas for improvement. First, during our two-night stay, the trash was not taken out on the second day and fresh bed sheets were not provided. I took care of the trash myself. I understand this may be part of your housekeeping policy, but I wanted to mention it. Second, during breakfast, a guest was having difficulty using the bread toaster. While trying to figure out how it worked, a staff member in the breakfast area spoke to her in a loud and impolite manner, saying "Don’t touch!" I feel this could have been handled more respectfully with a polite explanation. Despite these points, in general everything was wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality 🙏 🙏 Tagay

Breakfast was not good, no variety, no nearby food outlets, and the bedsheets weren’t changed daily, but the rooms were spacious.

The spot was fine, but the staff were rude and unfriendly, the AC didn’t work properly, the TV had problems, and they didn’t tell me about a $150 deposit before I booked.
