Everything was excellent, especially the room service food. The bathroom could use an update—it felt outdated.

The staff left a good impression, yet the bathroom fell short: a woman’s underwear from the previous guest was still hanging to dry, the cleaning crew apparently missed it; the upper part of the tub was stained with mold; the pillow cover was frayed with a hole, unnoticed by the housekeeper; and when I tried to check in early, a female front‑desk employee curtly refused, explaining that 3 p.m. is the official check‑in time in a rather cold manner.
