Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The hotel was excellent, the staff very helpful, and the cleanliness was well maintained; I've stayed here a few times and it has kept its standard. The only downside was the noise from other guests.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at Hotel Cosmos and appreciated the available parking, which was very convenient. However, the recent renovation left an unpleasant odor in our room, and the air conditioner smelled dirty when running, making the room less comfortable—better cleaning and maintenance would help.

It’s close to the train and bus stations, which is very convenient; the room was clean, had air conditioning, a TV, sockets, a fridge, and Wi‑Fi, and the shower’s hot water came on quickly, with a comfortable bed. The area around is deserted, making it hard to find food at night.

We were on the right track and the staff were friendly, and everything we needed was in the room, yet the shower cubicle had only one wall and no curtain, so we had to wipe the floor after showering; the room felt stuffy and the air was stale.

Everything was super—clean, tidy, and cozy.
