The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful—everyone was polite and responsive. The food was delicious, and the prices were good enough that I didn’t need to eat elsewhere. A free state clinic right across the street was a huge convenience. On a few occasions, taxis didn’t have change, but the front desk immediately gave me the correct amount, which was a real lifesaver. Thanks for all your hard work! We’ll definitely come back.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is just a short walk from the train station. The room was clean. However, the photos don’t match the actual place, and there are no windows in the room.

“Good value for money”

The room was very spacious and offered good value; the en‑suite was also roomy and the hot water worked flawlessly. The staff were courteous and efficient, and room service was quick, tasty, and inexpensive. As two young women, we found the location a bit intimidating because it’s tucked into a narrow alley, though the main road is less than a minute’s walk away and easy to reach. The area can feel a little unsafe at night, and the bedsheets seemed somewhat dirty, but overall the room was fairly clean.
