The place truly felt like home—cozy, immaculate, and fully equipped. My only hurdle was the language barrier, which limited real social interaction, yet I still felt welcomed and part of the family, making the stay even more special.

It was an excellent accommodation! Everything—facilities, friendliness, cleanliness, convenience—was great. I stayed in a 4‑person room, and the four beds were clearly separated; each individual bed was quite spacious, with a hanger and a place to store items. The single bed could hold all my luggage, hang clothes, and even had a mirror, which was fantastic. I was surprised by the overall cleanliness when I first arrived—shower rooms and toilets were always spotless. The free laundry service was a highlight, and there were outdoor and second‑floor drying areas, which was wonderful. It’s the best spot for free diving and water play. Host Toru was friendly, and on Sunday evenings there was a gathering for guests to eat together, which helped build camaraderie. The nearby supermarket is within a 6‑minute walk, and there are restaurants and izakayas close by, making the area pleasant. There were no disappointments.

The place was clean, close to the bus stop, and the kitchen and free laundry were easy to use. The owner was incredibly kind, even picking me up from the airport and rushing me to the bus stop after I accidentally booked a different airport on Miyako! Only Japanese guests stayed, and everyone was lovely and tried to talk to me. I rented snorkeling gear here and was recommended where to see turtles. Don’t look elsewhere—book this place!

The location was convenient and I had no trouble shopping. Free mug tea was appreciated. I could rent a car right outside the parking lot, which was very convenient, and the free airport shuttle for renters was a big help. The location might be a bit confusing, and buses in Miyako Island aren’t very convenient, which was frustrating. However, since I wasn’t staying for diving or the sea, it was understandable. Those wanting to play in the sea could benefit from various tips and advice.
