The house was very well cared for in terms of cleanliness and space organization. It was well located, very close to the Vatican. The toilet flushing system is outdated, so sometimes you need more than one flush to avoid any residue.

The spot is great, within walking distance of the Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Sistine Chapel, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Trevi Fountain. The bathroom is huge, reasonably priced, and the wood looks tidy. The owner is friendly and answers questions well. The city tax is €6 per person; I paid it as a non‑logged‑in guest after the owner sent me a link. The SIM card didn’t load data smoothly, so I was worried—check speed before buying. The door code I was given didn’t match the actual one, so I had a hard time. The Vikey link offered two combinations; the first failed, the second worked with the second number. It was a bit tricky, but the owner’s WhatsApp guide was clear if you follow it.

Everything in the property matches the description, and the manager is very responsive on WhatsApp. You can check in and leave your luggage in the room after 11 am if you arrive early, and then head out to the city freely. The apartment has two separate rooms with bathrooms, air conditioning, a common living area with a fully equipped kitchenette. The building is tidy, clean, quiet, and peaceful. The location is excellent; we walked everywhere, and the airport shuttle stop is very close. Highly recommended.
