The apartment was in a great location and the rooms were clean, which I appreciated.
The spot is in a nice, quiet area with a clean bathroom every morning.

Arrived with my bags, told I couldn’t stay because there was no water. Panic mode, had to scramble for another place. Lucky I found something, but they should’ve warned me earlier. They knew about the water issue the day before. Total nightmare.

Jessica is a great person, made me feel super comfortable. The hostel also had her son Pietro, her boyfriend Mario, and her sister Kely – all very kind and friendly. Felt like home. Will definitely come back to Ubatuba.
