The spot was excellent, just a short walk from the train, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it! The room itself was pretty and modern.

The room is very pretty, the cleaning is excellent, and the staff are kind and attentive. Nothing in particular to note.

The rooms are very modern and clean, and the location is great for visiting Cinque Terre because the train station is only a few minutes away. The host is very friendly and helpful, and overall it was a very nice stay.

It was perfect! The room is brand new, very clean, equipped with a fridge and a kettle for coffee and tea, air‑conditioning, and bath towels. The location close to the Spezia train station (5 min) is top. The building is classic, but once inside it feels so modern! There’s also an elevator that’s handy for luggage even though it’s on the first floor. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect. The only thing that could be added is a microwave for heating meals, but that doesn’t spoil the stay.
