The garden where you can settle in, the calm, the hosts’ welcome, the equipment and the cleanliness are great. Google Maps puts us behind the house even though the address (150 rue de Fougères à FEINGS) is correct.

The garden is beautiful, maintained by a very friendly Mr., but Mrs. should rethink hygiene standards. The breakfast was passable: a croissant, a bit of jam, an orange juice, a yogurt the next day. Same with an extra hard-boiled egg; nothing as good as advertised. We’re used to better breakfasts in French bed-and-breakfasts. The breakfast was left on the table all day, milk and butter stayed there, I had to tidy it up to cook dinner in the kitchen (never seen that, especially in the heat). The next day we found crumbs from the previous day on the breakfast table. The room looked nice at first, but when you open the bed and see the sheet underneath stained—photo attached—rust or blood? The pillowcase was in tatters, not a 3‑epis standard.

Lieu idéalement placé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire, très calme dans 1 écrin de verdure, table à l'extérieur pour pouvoir manger dehors avec vu sur l'étang, accueil chaleureux et gîte très bien entretenu, confortable et propre. Aucune hésitation à avoir pour votre future location !

The area in front of the cabin is beautiful with its pond. The host was very welcoming and the breakfast was simple but effective (very good bread, homemade jam, croissants, hot drinks…). For our baby, the provided equipment (umbrella bed and a seat for eating) was fine. You need to bring your own plastic dishes. The accommodation is in perfect condition and clean. The shared kitchen is only accessible from the outside, which you should keep in mind, especially in cold weather.
