The room, food, and service were all superb; what made the stay special was the warm welcome from the chef, the laughter about our dog, and the deeper conversations with him, plus a service employee (I don’t remember her name) who carried sunshine in her heart; the nighttime quiet gave us wonderful sleep, and this short stay showed us what matters in life. One small note: please do a mountain run before breakfast!

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of the area. The buffet breakfast was very generous and tasty, and the cleanliness was flawless. The downside is that everything in the restaurant has to be ordered via QR code; you can’t specify “without cream” or “medium” so the dish arrives exactly as it is. Payment (Twint/card) is required before delivery, which is mentioned online but still feels very awkward. Also, there’s no distinction between starter and main course – you get everything at once, so you should order each course separately. Every drink comes with a Swiss flag and/or tinsel, which is definitely unnecessary. The beds are 1m40cm wide – fine for lovers, but a bit “too romantic” for hiking buddies. The showers need an upgrade.

This mountain hotel is original, with a cozy room, stunning views, and wonderful silence at night. The breakfast is sensational, very generous and delicious. Lena in service is a powerhouse and creates a great vibe. Thanks! Will visit again!
