The lady who welcomed us was very sweet, friendly and patient, and she helped with everything we needed to keep our stay comfortable; the air‑con worked perfectly. It’s not a direct dislike, but driving to the guest house can make you a little nervous because the neighborhood feels a bit odd, though we found the guest house without any trouble. Remember to buy food or snacks before heading out.

Good value for money. The host Maria is friendly and even walked us to the nearest shop for a drink after we arrived in the dark. The gravel road to the place is a downside; it’s short but can be tricky when it rains.

We were told on arrival that they needed to find an alternative guest house for us… worse, we were traveling with kids and after I called to confirm our arrival, the host didn’t see the need to update us in time because we could have found another guest house ourselves… we felt ignored and lied to when the excuse was a problem with our rooms; they just didn’t want to tell us they overbooked.
